湯沢ニューオータニ閉館のお知らせ new

日頃より当ホテルをご愛顧いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

今般、湯沢ニューオータニは建物賃貸借契約期間の満了により2025年5月6日（火曜日）をもちまして営業を終了する運びとなりましたことを、謹んでお知らせいたします。
当ホテルは1973年（昭和48年）7月に開業し、皆さまの暖かいご支援のもと湯沢町の発展に寄与できるよう今日まで51年間にわたりホテル運営を続けて参りましたが、経年による設備の老朽化と建物賃貸借契約期間の満了から、営業を終了することとなりました。これまで共に歩んできた越後湯沢温泉での営業を終了することは誠に残念ではございますが、皆さまの一方ならぬご厚情に感謝すると共に、最後まで変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますよう、お願い申し上げる次第でございます。

最終日までホテルスタッフ一同、お客さまお一人おひとりを笑顔でお待ち申し上げております。営業終了まで倍旧のお引き立てを賜りますよう何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Yuzawa New Otani.

We would like to inform you that Yuzawa New Otani will close its doors on Tuesday, 6th May 2025.
The hotel opened in July 1973 and has continued to operate for 51 years, contributing to the development of the town.

Due to the age of the facilities and the expiry of the building lease contract, it is with regret that we have made the decision to close the hotel.

We look back with fondness on the kindness and friendship of the many guests who have stayed at the hotel over the years, and hope that many good memories have been made.

Staff at the hotel will be waiting to welcome guests with a smile until 6th May 2025.
We look forward to your continued patronage until then.
